Information we process

We process account details you provide, video files or links you submit, generated clips and metadata, editing and publishing settings, support messages, and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

Payment details are processed by our payment provider. Poppi does not need to store complete payment card numbers.

How information is used

We use this information to authenticate accounts, process videos, generate and render clips, preserve project settings, provide support, process billing, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

We do not sell personal information or uploaded media.

Service providers and transfers

Poppi relies on infrastructure, authentication, storage, processing, analytics, and payment providers. They may process information only as needed to provide those services and protect the platform.

Retention and your choices

Information is retained while your account or project is active and as needed for security, billing, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Deletions can take time to propagate through backups and service providers.

Where available, account settings let you request an export, delete projects, disconnect providers, or request account deletion. You can also contact support for help with a privacy request.
