Using Poppi

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use the service in compliance with applicable law. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Your content

You retain ownership of the videos, audio, images, text, and other material you submit. You grant Poppi the limited permission needed to host, process, transform, and deliver that material as part of the service.

You must have the rights and permissions required to upload, edit, publish, and share your content, including any music, footage, likenesses, or third-party material it contains.

Generated results

Automated suggestions, captions, crops, titles, and clips may contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing the final edit and confirming that it is accurate, appropriate, and cleared for publication.

Plans and billing

Paid features, allowances, renewal terms, and prices are shown before purchase. Charges are handled by our payment provider. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, fees already incurred are non-refundable.

Acceptable use

Do not use Poppi to violate intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute unlawful or harmful material, mislead people about synthetic media, probe or disrupt the service, bypass usage limits, or provide access to unauthorized third parties.

Availability and termination

The service may change, pause, or experience errors. We may restrict or terminate access when needed to protect users, comply with law, enforce these terms, or secure the platform.

To the extent permitted by law, Poppi is provided without guarantees that every result will be accurate or that the service will always be uninterrupted. Contact support if you believe an account action was made in error.
